This single is essentially the experimentation that produced the album. It includes the wild long Majimix of Deeper and Deeper. In true Majimix style, this does not use all the lyrics, and the whole structure has been altered to keep the energy at maximum.

Who is Michel?
Michel is an accomplished young UK singer/songwriter, who just happens to have grown up singing Madonna songs. It wouldn't be exaggerating to say she really is 'in love with Madonna'. Michel’s live appearances draw appreciative crowds - who are often stunned by how often she actually sounds like Madonna. She doesn't try to be a soundalike - this really is the way Michel sings.

So what have Majic done to the songs?
Majic - as usual - look deep into songs and listen to what the lyrics are really saying. The production reflects and emphasises the real message of the song. So the end result tends to have quite a radically different feel from the original. LISTEN to the samples!

Madonna fans are in for a real treat on this wonderfully executed maxi-CD from Majic Music in Manchester, England. They’re also responsible for the recently released luscious cover of Erasure’s “Oh L’Amour” done by Spellbound featuring Deeje. Additionally, the boys at Majic can be credited for Vicki Shepard’s new mix of “Never In A Million Years”. Hot Tracks DJ Remix Service in the US recently picked these up for their NRG Series #43 compilation.

This CD5 begins with the “Madonna Hits Medley” which dramatically starts with “Rain” then sails along oh-so beautifully through three other favorites, then ends with the fabulous “Deeper and Deeper”. Oh baby!

Separate cuts of “Open Your Heart”, “Drowned World (Substitute For Love)”, and a nine-minute plus version of “Deeper and Deeper” follow the medley. This is to ensure you get a generous helping of Majic writer and producer Mike’s very talented and heavenly arrangements. Simply put, this is truly ‘Cadillac’ sounding UK Eurodance at its finest.
